How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped via speed post or reputed courier service provider within 48 hours of placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled. Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
If I cancel an order how soon can can I expect my money back?
Once your order is cancelled, we will initiate a refund within one working day. The amount should reflect in your bank account within 7-10 working days depending on the bank.
I have received a damaged product. How do I replace it?
We accept returns for damaged and faulty products delivered.
** The customer should reach out within 48hrs of delivery along with the image (Post 48 hours we will not be able to entertain any complaints). If the damage is reported within 48 hours; we will take action accordingly.
I have received a wrong order. How do I replace it?
Write to us at contact@raisingchildren101.com with ‘Wrong Order’ in the subject line. Please include your order number, name used when placing the order and a photograph of the order received. We will arrange to pick up the wrong order and deliver your correct order, hassle free.
